More than 100 hand-painted film posters from Ghana fill Rosenheim Municipal Gallery. “BIG PROMISES” runs until Sunday 16 August 2026.

More than flamboyant advertising

The exhibition presents the posters as cultural works shaped by local myths, religious ideas and international cinema.

Special August hours

From 1 to 16 August the gallery opens Thursday to Sunday, noon to 5 pm. Check the official gallery page ⬈ before travelling; the address is Max-Bram-Platz 2.
