Bad Feilnbach: source-water hike requires sure footing

Bad Feilnbach’s Jenbach guides are leading an evening hike to the source waters of the upper Jenbach valley on Thursday 13 August 2026. The group meets at 5 pm at the Unteres Jenbachtal hiking car park. This outing is intended for experienced walkers rather than casual strollers.

Sure-footed walkers only

The route follows the water towards one of the Jenbach’s many springs. It includes a stream crossing and steeper sections, so participants need sure footing and confidence on uneven natural ground. Registration and fee

The fee is €5. Residents of Bad Feilnbach municipality and holders of a valid visitor or spa card join free of charge. Equipment and meeting point

Wear walking shoes with good grip, take weather-appropriate clothing and carry enough water. Poles may help on wet or steep ground.
